Mike and Richard were a superb team!  They did an excellent job discerning what the asking price should be and also helping us decide how much work to put into fixing up the house. Richard was super encouraging, very available and very practical, especially when the inspection response sounded pretty picky (e.g. they wanted us to remove the 2nd shower head in the master shower and retile the shower -- huge job, since the tiles are 9 x 18" porcelain tiles. Just a new shower head did the job.) All in all, a very helpful, pleasant, and effective experience -- the house sold above the asking price in one day! I have so enjoyed working with CHR because it is a one-stop shop. All the details, documents, photography, staging, title connections, etc. can all be taken care of by CHR and their excellent team.  They were all so very encouraging to us as we worked hard to empty the house and get it ready for sale.  Very patient and positive and helpful with perspectives at every point of the process.
